Scott Monroe was amazing as always. I didn't appreciate the sales guy coming after me like he did and I did speak to a manager about that. After 9 long weeks getting my vehicle back was great. I appreciate them getting me a loaner vehicle as well. Due to the first 3 weeks a rental car was $1700.00. So week 4 they got me in a loaner. My running board is still giving issues not coming out it's done it 4 times. I don't want to call Scott because I literally cannot go with a vehicle. I thought for sure there would be no issues but there are. In 2 days the running board did not come out 4 different times. I just don’t want to bother Scott and I can not go without a vehicle. Anyway Scott is amazing and helpful and always watches out and takes care of his customers. He is the Best!!!
